If you have a complaint, we ask you to submit it in writing and within three months after the event occurred. The (email) addresses of our employees can be found on this website. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation of receipt within two weeks, stating the deadline for replying to your complaint. Normally this is six weeks, except in cases where a lot of research has to be done.
